How do I order sunglasses?

How do I order Lenses?

Go to <CONTACT LENSES >,Under ORDER LENSES ONLINE click the [Click here] button, Search for your KL, Select KL and Pay.

Why do I have to go to another online store when ordering lenses from you?

We are part of c)optikk and have chosen to use this platform for purchasing lenses. You are still our customer at Briskeby optikk and we will follow up on your purchase as usual.

How do I order the eye exam?

Go to <EYE EXAM >fill out the form, press SEND.

Sunglasses

Which brands do you carry?

<SUNGLASSES >We stock brands such as Jacques Marie Mage, Garrett Leight, Suzy Glam, Rigards, and Thom Browne.

Can I order other colors/sizes?

Karmoie has several colors, but not several sizes
Jacques Marie Mage has more colors, but not more sizes
Garrett Leight has both multiple colors and multiple sizes

With some of the brands there may be many options. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need guidance.

Why can't I order more than one of the same Sunglasses?

We only have one of each pair of sunglasses in stock for most models.

How do I know if the frame fits me?

The size of the glasses is specified in the description. Example: 48□18 where 48 stands for the lens width in mm and 18 stands for the bridge width in mm. This is the size of the glasses. Most models will also have a specified temple length.

What kind of lenses do you use?

Plastic: CR39, allyldiglycolcarbonate (ADC), Carl Zeiss
Mineral glass

Can I order sunglasses with prescription?

This is currently only available in our physical store at RIDDERVOLDSPLASS.

Which types of contact lenses do you sell?

Here is an overview of the CONTACT LENS BRANDS we carry.

What types of contact lenses can be ordered?

Daily lenses, monthly lenses, 14-day lenses. We also fit special contact lenses at our clinic.

Why can't I find my contact lenses?

The contact lenses are either discontinued, replaced by a newer product, or out of stock. Please call us on 22 55 43 51 and we will help you.

Where can I buy contact lens solution?

In our physical store and at most other opticians’ stores. We recommend that you speak to an optician for advice and guidance.

Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the next business day.

How is my order shipped?

Norgespakke with tracking. It takes 1-3 business days for the parcel to be delivered, 5 days on some occasions.

What do I do if there is damage to the contents of my order?

Returns & Claims

Can I return my order?

YES, free returns within 14 days as long as there is no damage/wear to the product. We recommend that you send all returns as a Norwegian parcel with tracking, as you are responsible for the item reaching us. Shipping costs must be covered by you.
