Claims and Warranty
When you purchase sunglasses from us, we make sure they are in good condition without scratches, damage, or irregularities. We follow Norwegian consumer law regarding claims. In the event of a manufacturing defect in the lenses or frames, individual parts or the entire frame may be replaced within 2 years.
We may ask you to send a photo of the sunglasses to confirm the claim, and in some cases we may ask you to return the affected parts or the entire frame to us. We will cover shipping in such cases.
You have the right to return any purchase within 14 days, as long as the product is undamaged and without signs of wear. We recommend returning items with tracking, as you are responsible for the item reaching us. Return shipping costs must be covered by you.
